Vivekananda, learned Senior Standing Counsel for CBIC appearing for the appellant, prays leave of the Court to withdraw the instant appeal, as the same falls below the monetary limits fixed by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs vide instructions in File No.CBIC-160390/20/2024-JC-CBEC dated 06.08.2024. Learned counsel has also filed into Court a copy of the letter dated 18.10.2024 received from the office of the Commissioner of Central Tax, Guntur Commissionerate, which contains instructions to withdraw the appeal for the aforementioned reason.
