Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the civil revision petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay of all further proceedings in I.A.No.1518 of 2022 in O.S.No.42 of 2010 passed on 18.04.2023 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, pending disposal of CRP No.2310 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to take out personal notice to the respondents by Registered post with acknowledgement due and file proof of service into the registry.
