		This is an application seeking exemption
		from personal appearance for today.
		2. Today date was fixed for appearance of
		respondents No.2 & 3 on the request made for
		today while granting exemption from personal
		appearance<br>on<br>the<br>previous<br>date<br>i.e.<br>on
		27.09.2022 by order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2022
		of the same respondents.
		3.<br>Sri<br>Subba<br>Rao<br>Korrapati,<br>learned
		counsel for respondents No.2 & 3, submits that
		after passing of the order dated 27.09.2022 in
		I.A.No.2 of 2022, the petitioners received letter in
		D.O.No.14/10/2022-SBM-III,<br>dated<br>22.09.2022
		from the Joint Secretary & Mission Director,
		Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban, the Government of
		India, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs,
		Nirman Bhawan,<br>New Delhi with respect to
		events being held between 29th September to 1st




		October<br>2022<br>as<br>part<br>of<br>a<br>fortnight-long<br>celebration of Swachh Amrit Mahotsav inviting<br>them for the award ceremony, being presented<br>by the Hon'ble President of India.

		4. In view of the contents of the affidavit
		filed in support of the application, the application
		is allowed. The appearance of respondents No.2
		& 3 for today is exempted, but making it clear
		that on the next date no exemption shall be
		granted on any ground whatsoever.
		5. List on 11.10.2022, which is already
		fixed<br>for<br>appearance<br>of<br>respondent<br>No.1.
		Respondents No.2 & 3 shall appear on that date.
