Petition under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt praying that in the circumstances stated in the filed in support of the CC, the High Court may be pleased to dispense with the personal appearance of the $2^{nd}$ and $3^{rd}$ respondents on 27.09.2022 in CC No.2149 of 2022, pending disposal of CC No.2149 of 2022, on the file of the High Court

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and Order of the Hon'ble Court dated 30.08.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.V.V. Koteswara Rao, Advocate for petitioner in CC No.2149 of 2022, Sri C Sumon, Advocate for Respondent No.1 in CC No.2149 of 2022 and of Sri Subba Rao Korrapati, Advocate for Respondent No.2 & 3, the made the following ORDER:-

• 1. The matter is listed for the appearance of the respondent Nos.1, $2$ and $3$ .
• 2. I.A.No.1 of 2022 has been filed by the respondent No.1 seeking exemption from personal appearance on the ground that she is suffering from Covid-19. To that effect, the medical certificate has also been annexed.
• 3. Sri C.Sumon, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, requests that the matter may be posted on 11.10.2022.
• 4. I.A.No.1 of 2022 is allowed granting exemption from appearance for today.
• 5. List on 11.10.2022, for the appearance of the respondent No.1
• 6. I.A.No.2 of 2022 has been filed by the respondent Nos.2 and 3, to dispense with their personal appearance, in view of the facts as stated in the affidavit in support of the application.
• 7. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the matter may be posted on 29.09.2022, to enable them to appear.
• 8. I.A.No.2 of 2022 is also allowed granting exemption from appearance for today.
• 9. List on 29.09.2022, for the appearance of respondent Nos.2 and $3.$

• 10.It is clarified that this case is to be listed firstly on 29.09.2022 and again on 11.10.2022 subject to any further orders of the Court passed in the meantime."
