WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through her counsel Sri T.V.V. Koteswara Rao, praying the High Court to order notice to the respondents herein for willful violation of legitimate interim orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No. 27889 of 2015 dated 1.09.2015 which are passed by this Hon'ble Court and punish the Respondents herein.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.V.V. Koteswara Rao, Advocate for petitioner, made the following ORDER:-

"Heard Sri T.V.V.Koteswara learned counsel for the Rao, petitioner/applicant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in W.P.No.27889 of 2015 filed by the petitioner, this Court passed the following interim order:-

"In the meantime, if the respondent authorities require, for any public purpose, the land claimed by the petitioner as owned by her i.e., 266.66 yards in Survey Nos.72/2 and 76/17 in Gollavanigunta Village, No.9 Akkarampalli Group. Amminaidupalem Gram Panchayat, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Chittoor District, they shall not dispossess and take possession without following the due process of law.

Notice."

Inspite thereof, on 08.07.2022, the respondents and their subordinates approached the house of the petitioner and demolished the entire compound wall which existed towards eastern side of the petitioner's house of Sy.No.266.66 yards in Sy.No.72/3 and Sy.No.76/17, and any process of law was also not followed.

Issue Form I, to the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3, to show cause as to why action for contempt of the order dated 01.09.2015 i.e. in W.P.No.27889 of 2015 be not taken against the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati (Nelapadu) on 27-09-2022 at 10.30 A.M and show cause as to why you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you for contempt of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, at Amaravati.

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in person on 27-09-2022 at 10.30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
