$\overline{2}$ .	30.08.2022	Heard Sri T.V.V.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel
		for the petitioner/applicant.
		Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that
		in W.P.No.27889 of 2015 filed by the petitioner, this
		Court passed the following interim order:-
		"In the meantime, if the respondent<br>authorities require, for any public purpose, the<br>land claimed by the petitioner as owned by<br>her i.e., 266.66 yards in Survey Nos.72/2 and<br>76/17 in Gollavanigunta Village, No.9<br>Akkarampalli Group, Amminaidupalem Gram<br><i>Panchayat, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Chittoor</i><br>District, they shall not dispossess and take<br><i>possession without following the due process</i><br>of law.
		<i>Notice."</i>
		Inspite thereof, on 08.07.2022, the respondents
		and their subordinates approached the house of the
		petitioner and demolished the entire compound wall
		which existed towards eastern side of the petitioner's
		house of Sy.No.266.66 yards in Sy.No.72/3 and
		Sy.No.76/17, and any process of law was also not $\frac{1}{2}$<br>followed.
		Issue Form I, to the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3,
		to show cause as to why action for contempt of the
		order dated 01.09.2015 i.e. in W.P.No.27889 of 2015
		be not taken against the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
