WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri M.SOLOMON RAJU presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for records relating to ID No.60/2015 dated 26.03.2019 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal -cum- Labour Court, Visakhapatnam published in the Gazette vide G.O.Rt No.266 dated 15.07.2019 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and without jurisdiction.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M.Solomon Raju, Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.1 herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
