Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the <sup>1</sup> St Respondent i e , Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam for not considering the regularization of the services of Petitioner Workmen Society whose prayer for regularization of services, has been awaiting final orders of this Honourable Court in W.P.No.36058/2018 and for having regularized the services of the 4tn Respondent Workmen Society whose Writ Petition is also pending before this Honourable High Court in W.P.No.23660/2017 and the action taken by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanm favouring the regularization of services of the 4th Respondent Workmen Society prior to final orders of this Honorable Court without first considering the workmen of petitioner society who are seniors to that of the workmen of 4** Respondent by way of obtaining orders from the Government in G.O.Ms.No.663 Revenue (Endowments-Ill) Departrnent dt_30- 09- 2022 and got their services regularized in Proceedings R.O.C.No.TTD-54021 (31)/92 /2020/Forest Sec.TTD. dt. 26-12-2022 leaving the interests of the Petitioner Society aside, as prejudice, biased, illegal, arbitrary and without application of mind and consequently direct the Respondents to regulanze the services of the petitioner workmen society w.e.f. the date or dates of regularization of the services of Sri Venkateswara Forest Workers Welfare Society.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.V.Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel for T.T.D for respondent Nos.l and 2 and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.l and 2, has brought to the notice of this Court that already the petitioners have approached this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No.36058 of 2018 for the very same prayer.

Leaned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that though, the Writ Petition No.36058 of 2018 is pending, but the respondents have considered and regularized the services of the some other society. Hence, they requested to extend the same benefit to the petitioners also.
