WHEREAS the Pet'ltioner above named through his Advocate Sri P RAJKUMAR presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circ-umsfances stated jn the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the impugned proceedings of -the 2nd respondent in RC No 220/2017/A3 dated dt 02.07.2020 whereby withdrawing two categories of posts i`.e. Technical Assistant and Deputy Surveyor contrary to the Notification in Ref No 220/2017/A3 Dated 31.01.2017 as also contrary to the directions of Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.2156 of 2018 dated 25.02.20'19 as highly ,illegal, Arbitrary, unjust and violation of principals of natural justice as also contrary to Articles 14,16,19 and 309 of constitution of India and set aside the same and consequently direct the Respondents to fill up the Technical Assistant and Deputy Surveyor posts as per the Notification dated 31.01.2017 as also the directions -of Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.2156 of 2018 dated 25.02.2019.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P RAJKUMAR Advocate for the Pctitioner and of GP FOR SERVICES I for respondents, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
