RESPONDENTS

Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be

pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the 3^rd respondent in mutating the names of respondent Nos.4, 5, 6 & 7 in the Web-land revenue register adangal (ROR) in relation to an extent of Ac.6.30 cents in Sy.No.267 of Ongole Village and Mandal, Prakasam district contrary to his own order passed vide proceedings SPL.Reg.No.59/2021, dated 16.2.2021 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and set aside the same and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

IA NO: 1 OF 2021

Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim suspension of web-land entries i.e., the names of respondents 4 to 7 made in respect of Sy.No.267 in relation to an extent of Ac.6.30 cents of Ongole Village and Mandal, Prakasam district, Pending disposal of WP 20653 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI V SAI KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP FOR REVENUE for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3, the Court made the following ORDER:

"At para-5 of the counter-affidavit filed by Tahsildar it is stated that the file is not traceable in the office records. This Court is unable to comprehend as to why a file could go missing. The District Collector concerned is directed to enquire into the matter and file report on the next date of hearing.

Post on 06.01.2025."
