Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondents to implement the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 14-7-2021 in C.A. No. 5099 of 2005 and batch in letter and spirit declaring the action of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in issuing the impugned Memo No. 4194/CPR and RD/G2/2017, dated 6-9-2021 and No. 1112077/Ser.A/2020, General Administration (Ser) Department, dated 4-8-2021 as arbitrary and illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of India and to consequently set aside the same and ordering retention of the Petitioner as Mandal parishad development officer in the same Unit of appointment $\cdot$ -

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the impugned Proceedings of the 1st Respondent issued in Proceedings No. 4194/CPR and RD/G2/2017, dated 6-9-2021 directing retention of the Petitioner in the same place and post of Mandal Parishad Development Officer, Pending disposal of WP 21534 of 2021, on the file of the High Court. $\sim$

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI VADAPALLI RAMESH Advocate for the Petitioner, and of GP FOR SERVICES III for the Respondent No.1, GP FOR GAD for Respondent No.2, SRI R.V.MALLIKARJUNA RAO Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier, W.P.No.16880 of 2021 was filed seeking the same relief, in which, this Court passed elaborate interim orders, dated 12.08.2021, directing the respondents not to disturb the petitioner from the present post and to continue the petitioner in the same post until further orders. Subsequently, batch of writ petitions i.e., W.P.No.14801, 14802 and 14706 of 2021 were filed and this Court passed the same orders.

In that view of the matter, the respondents are directed not to disturb the petitioner from the present post and continue him in the same post until further orders.

Post this writ petition along with W.P.No.16880 of 2021.

In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to file their counter".
