		Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that
		after<br>receiving a copy of the impugned order, the appellant
		was pursuing the matter diligently<br>to take steps to file<br>the
		appeal, however, due to the unavoidable<br>administrative
		exigencies,<br>the delay of 56 days was occurred which is
		neither wanton nor willful.
		Learned counsel would further submit that<br>the
		appellant has fair chances of succeeding the appeal and
		therefore the right of appeal may not be stifled on
		technical grounds.
		The respondent has<br>not filed counter in this matter.
		Considering the above submission, this petition is
		allowed and the delay of 56 days in filing the I.T.T.A. is
		condoned.
