Learned Advocate General on instructions would<br>submit that the concerned authorities have already<br>been taken steps to replace the Wind Shield of the<br>Bullet Proof Vehicle provided to the petitioner, and they<br>placed order for new Wind Shield, and therefore,<br>repairs will be done expeditiously.<br>necessary<br>Meanwhile, they will provide another Bullet Proof<br>Vehicle to the petitioner till the repairs are done to the<br>Bullet Proof Vehicle provided to the petitioner.<br>He would also submit that the concerned<br>authorities will provide jammer facility as a part of his<br>convoy, whenever the petitioner visit any place/s,

where there is a possibility of using Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIED), and in such contingency, it will be intimated to the Security Personnel of the petitioner. Learned Advocate General sought time for filing counter.
