WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through its Advocate Sri VIVEK CHANDRA SEKHAR S presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner by setting aside the Order dated 25.07.2022 passed in I.A.No.100 of 2022 in O.S.No.420 of 2019on the file of the VII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Rajamahendravaram.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Vivek Chandra Sekhar.S, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the sole Respondent herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
