| "In due obedience to the order of | |||
| the Hon'ble Court, upon enquiry, the | |||
| <i>Registrar (Vigilance) FAC. Registrar</i> | |||
| ( <i>Judicial</i> ) has submitted that the | |||
| Original Side Section was received the | |||
| <i>bundles</i> on <i>21.09.2023</i><br>in<br>case | |||
| <i>C.C.No.3804, 3815, 3816 and 3817 of</i> | |||
| <i>2023.</i> Subsequently, after receiving the | |||
| said case bundles, the Original Side | |||
| Section has fed the data in the | |||
| computer regarding "implead"<br>two | |||
| parties, who were the respondent | |||
| <i>Nos.1 and 2", which are appended</i> | (Contd) |
herewith as (Flag-A), (Flag-B), (Flag-C) and (Flag-D) respectively. But due to over sight, the case records of the above said bundles were mixed with other case records and also high pressure of work, the Original Side Section has not send the case bundles to Special Cell Section for dispatching and issuance of notice to the newly impleaded respondent Nos.2 and 3.
It is therefore respectfully submitted the Registrar (Vigilance) FAC. Registrar (Judicial) has warned the concerned staff of the Original Side Section should be careful in future and not to repeat the similar mistake, failing which severe action will be initiated against the concerned."

The reason given by the concerned Officials to the effect that bundles were mixed with other case records and also due to high pressure of the work and that the Original Side Section has not sent the case bundles to the Special Cell Section for issuance of the notice to the newly impleaded Respondent Nos.2 and 3 is not convincing to this Court.
