2. Sri P.Nagaraju, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.5, submits that insofar as the requisjtjons received from the Administrative Department, they have cleared the bills. In respect of the balance amounts claimed by the Writ Petitioners herein, the bills have not been received by the Department of Finance, which is the reason why the balances have not been cleared. 'r'

3. Having considered the submissions, thl-s court posed a query to Sri B.H.Rama Krishna Naik, learned Counsel appearing on behalf Sri Damodar Naidu, Director of Animal Husbandry Department (Res,pondent No.6), as towh`ythe bills have not been uploaded. -'+-

4. Sri B.H.Rama Krishna Naik, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.6, would submit that the part of the amount ought to be paid by the Corporations, and therefore, the Director of Animal Husbandry cannot be answerable to it.

5. This Court has settled this issue in paras-3 and 4 of the judgment of thl-s Court dated 13.04.2023 in W.P.No.25658' of 2022. It appears that the Director of Animal Husbandry is making an attempt to reopen the issue which already stands settled, as inclicated above.

6. ln this view of the matter, sri Damodar Naidu, Director of Animal Husbandry Department (Respondent No.6), is directed to personally

appear before this Court on the next date of hearing to answer the queries of this Court.

7. Sri B.H.Rama Krishna Naik, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.6, is directed to convey gist of this court to the Respondent No.6 forthwith for effective compliance.
