This is an application for grant of leave to prefer appeal
against the order dated 15.02.2021 passed in W.P.No.467 of<br>2020.
Heard Mr. J. Sudheer, learned counsel for the applicants.
It is submitted by him that the impugned order affected the
interests of the applicants as the writ petition came to be disposed
of without impleading them as parties.
Mr. P.V. Krishnaiah, learned counsel appearing for respondent
Nos.1 to 5/writ petitioners, submits that he does not have any
objection for grant of leave to the applicants to prefer appeal.
However, it is submitted by him that at the time of institution of the
writ petition, applicants were not appointed and, therefore, there
was no question of arraying them at the first instance.
Ms. P. Rajani, learned Government Pleader for Endowments,
accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.6.
Mr. A. Prabhakar Sarma, learned standing counsel, accepts
notice<br>on<br>behalf<br>of<br>respondent<br>Nos.7<br>and<br>9<br>to<br>14<br>and
Mr. V. Maheswara Reddy, learned Government Pleader for
