| the certified copy of the order under challenge is pending. | |||
| Having considered the submissions, we have also | |||
| taken up W.A.No.590 of 2021<br>along with W.A.No.556 of | |||
| 2021. The prayer made in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.A.No.590 of | |||
| 2021 for dispensing with the filing of the certified copy of the | |||
| order under challenge in the said appeal is allowed. The said | |||
| application, accordingly, stands disposed of. | |||
| Mr. P.V. Krishnaiah, learned counsel appearing for the | |||
| respondents/writ petitioners in both the appeals, is also | |||
| present. | |||
| It is submitted by Ms. Y. Sushma, learned<br>counsel, | |||
| that another analogous matter, being W.A.No.591 of 2021, is<br>also pending. | |||
| In that view of the matter, Registry is directed to list | |||
| W.A.Nos.556 of 2021, 590 of 2021 and 591 of 2021 together | |||
| for motion hearing on 28.09.2021. | |||
