Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 1044 of 2021 in D.V.C.No. 440 of 2019 dated 10.6.2022 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada, Pending disposal of CRLRC No. 524 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER:

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be interim suspension of the order, dated 10.06.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1044 of 2021 in D.V.C.No.440 of 2019 by the Court of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada, subject to the condition of petitioner paying an amount of Rs.4,500/- per month granted by the lower Court.

It is made clear that on failure to make payments, as directed supra, the interim suspension order, now granted shall stand vacated automatically, without reference to this Court.
