Whereas the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri D V Sasidhar presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent NO.2 in appointing the Respondent NO.4 as Chairman of the Non-Hereditary Trust Board of Sri Seetharama Swamy Temple, Moturu Village, Gudivada Mandal, Krishna District, vide proceedings in RC.No.B2/C0E-12026(31)/21/2020-B SEC- ENDOWMENTS, dated 09-11-2020 as bad, illegal, arbitrary, without application of mind, Violative of Appointment of Trustees Rules, 1987 and Section 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments ACT, 1987 and consequently set aside the appointment of respondent No.4 as chairman and trustee of the Nonhereditary trust board of Sri Seetharama Swamy Temple, Moturu Village, Gudivada. Mandal, Krishna District.

And Whereas the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D V Sasidhar Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
