Sri Marri Venkata Ramana, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition may be disposed of as withdrawn since the learned Judge in the impugned order itself, made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to file such application during the course of Trial.

  1. Sri J.V.Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondent is in attendance and would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.

  2. In the light of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application at appropriate stage before the Trial Court as observed by the Special Judge in the impugned Order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
