Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is fled praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, declaring G.O.Ms.No. 59 School Education (PS) Department dated 22-06-2023 issued by the 1^st Respondent and the consequential Memo bearing No.ESE02- 17024/1/2023-PS-1-CSE, Dated 04-07-2023 issued by the 2^nd Respondent as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the provisions of the A.P. Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and also in violation of the Rights of petitioner schools guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to enforce the guidelines framed for rationalization of services of aided staff in private aided schools contained in G.O.Ms.No. 59 School Education (PS) Department. Dated 22-06-2023.

Petition under Section 151 of CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased be pleased to suspend the operation of the order in G.O.Ms.No. 59 School Education (PS) Department dated 22-06-2023 issued by the 1^st Respondent and the consequential Memo bearing No.ESE02- 17024/1/2023-PS-1-CSE, Dated 04-07-2023 issued by the 2^nd Respondent, Pending disposal of WP 17146 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N SIVA REDDY Advocate for the Petitioners and of GP FOR EDUCATION for the Respondents Nos.1 to 8, the Court made the following

ORDER:
