		files a copy of memo dated 28.07.2023 stating
		that the order of this Court has been complied
		with and the cause in the writ petition does
		not survive.
		In reply, learned Government Pleader for
		Services-I submits that the proceedings dated
		28.07.2023<br>and<br>earlier<br>proceedings<br>dated
		17.06.2021<br>were<br>again<br>recalled<br>by<br>a
		subsequent G.O.Rt.No.221 Animal Husbandry,
		Dairy<br>Development<br>&<br>Fisheries<br>(AH.I)
		department, dated 30.07.2023.
		This Court notices that the subsequent
		order dated 28.07.2023 also refers to the order
		of the learned Single Judge dated 14.06.2023.
		It<br>is<br>served<br>on<br>the<br>writ<br>petitioners<br>on
		29.07.2023. The<br>copy filed by the learned
		Government<br>Pleader<br>shows<br>the<br>service<br>on
		30.07.2023.<br>The posting orders are set aside.
		Learned<br>Government<br>Pleader<br>tries<br>to
		convince<br>this<br>Court<br>by<br>saying<br>that<br>the
		Government does not have<br>the power<br>to issue
		the transfer order at all.
		This Court at this stage is not deciding
		the<br>entire<br>merits<br>of<br>this<br>matter.<br>If<br>the

		contention of the learned Government Pleader
		is accepted at this stage,<br>it would virtually
		amount<br>to<br>setting<br>aside<br>the<br>order<br>of<br>the
		learned Single Judge.

		matter which requires a detail hearing.
		List on 05.09.2023.
		Till then, the existing status-quo with
		regard to the posting shall continue.
