		submits that 21% of the bill amount has been
		deducted<br>and<br>the remaining<br>money<br>has<br>been
		cleared. He submits that this deduction was on the
		basis of Memo,<br>issued by the Government,<br>and the
		same is the subject matter of challenge before a
		Division Bench. He further submits that there are
		no interim orders restraining the department from
		deducting the aforesaid 21% amount and as such,
		nothing<br>further<br>requires<br>to<br>be<br>paid<br>pending
		disposal of the challenge to the said memo.
		Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time
		to verify.
