WHEREAS the Petitioners have presented under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through their counsel Sri K. Srinivas. praying this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the due amount of 1,88,172/- against the work ID No. 1002609004 as per the agreement dated 11.01.2019, is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to pay the due amount of Rs. 1,88,172/- against the work ID No. 1002609004 as per the agreement dated 11.01.2019 forthwith.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of

Sri K. Srinivas, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the Respondent Nos 1 & 2, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
