WHEREAS the petitioner has presented this case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w Article 215 of the Constitution of India, through his counsel Sri J. Sudheer, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents for the utter disobedience and disregard shown to the Orders dated 03.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21688 of 2018, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J. Sudheer, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice to the respondents returnable in four (4) weeks herein, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
