WHEREAS the Petitioners have presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through their counsel Mr. T.Ashok Srivastava Reddy, praying the High Court to punish the

Respondents for deliberate, intentional and willful violation of the order in W.P.No.7438 of 2024 dated 19.04.2024;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the order of High Court dated 05.08.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. T.Ashok Srivastava Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners, Court made the following $\sim$

Issue Form-1 to respondent.

Post the matter on 23.12.2024."

WHEREAS your attendance is necessary to answer the charge under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act viz; for deliberate, intentional and willful violation of the orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in WP No.7438 of 2024 dated 19.04.2024.

Therefore, you, viz;

are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati (Nelapadu) on 23.12.2024 at 10.30 A.M and show cause as to why you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you for contempt of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, at Amaravati.

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati at Nelapadu, in person on 23.12.2024 at 10.30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
