Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in the impugned order dated 03.11.2020, impugned notice dated 09.11.2020 and reminder notice dated 16.11.2020 and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings and consequential actions including the recovery of the Entry Tax pursuant to the impugned order dated 03.11.2020 and impugned notice dated 09.11.2020 and reminder notice dated 16.11.2020 pending final disposal of the above writ petition and pass, Pending disposal of WP 21774 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein, and Order of High Court dated 30-11-2020 and 16-12-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Dandugula Satya Siva Darshan, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Commercial Tax for the Respondents, the Court made the following.
