		The contention of the petitioner is that the
		th<br>5<br>respondent is making construction contrary to
		the plan sanctioned in his favour,<br>without leaving
		setbacks. Further, she submitted<br>that a legal notice
		was also issued to the respondent authorities on
		19.05.2022. But,<br>till date no action has been taken
		th<br>by<br>the<br>respondents.<br>Consequently,<br>the<br>5
		respondent<br>proceeded<br>with<br>the<br>construction
		contrary to the sanctioned plan.
		Taking<br>into<br>consideration<br>the<br>facts<br>and
		circumstances<br>of<br>the<br>case<br>and<br>the<br>reasons
		th<br>mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, the<br>4
		respondent is directed to<br>consider the legal notice
		dated 19.05.2022 and take appropriate action<br>on
		the same.

		Learned<br>counsel<br>for<br>the<br>petitioner<br>is
		permitted to take out personal notice to respondent
		No. 5 by registered post with acknowledgment due
		and file proof of service in the Registry.

	for the 4th respondent is directed to obtain written
