WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through its counsel M/s. G.Rama Gopal, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for the wilful disobedience of the order in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.8731 of 2022, dated 07.04.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and the order of the High Court dated 02.09.2022 & 13.10.2022 upon hearing the arguments of M/s G.Rama Gopal, Advocate for the Petitioner and Smt. S.Siva Kumari for Respondent No.3, directed issuance of Notice to the respondents, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support-thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER:

"In view of the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 13.10.2022, the respondents No.1 and 2 made their presence, in compliance of the said order and pleaded that the orders of this Hon'ble Court should be complied within a short period and seeks two (2) weeks time for compliance.

Considering the submissions made by the respondents as well as counsel for the respondents, the presence of the respondents No.1 and 2 hereby dispensed with.
