WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri P Narasimhulu presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to produce the petitioner's son i.e., Amit Shahar (aged 7 years) before this Hon'ble Court to set him free.
