The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps.

  1. Challenging the action of the respondents in not receiving and process the sale deed executed by the petitioner in respect of "Kartyhikeya Apartments" covered by T.D.No.192, Sy.No.39 part and 39/1A part of Dondaparthi Village, Srinivasanagar, Visakhapatnam, the instant writ petition is filed.

  2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner argues that, in pursuance to the interim direction of this Court, dated 25.01.2021, the respondents have registered the document and released the document in favour of the petitioner. He further submitted that no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

  3. The said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps appearing for the respondents.

  4. In view of the foregoing submission, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of, as the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
