WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri V.V. Satish presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the $2^nd$ respondent in not receiving and process the sale transactions of the petitioners in respect of Kartyhikeya Apartments covered by T.D.no.192 Survey No.39 Part and 39/1A Part of Dondaparthi Village, Srinivasanagar, Visakhapatnam is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to orders passed in WP.No.9292/2013 and WP.NO.11596 of 2014 and also orders issued by the government regularizing the land besides contrary to Section 71 of the Registration Act and contrary to the orders passed by this Honble Court and to consequently direct the respondent No.2 to process sale transactions of the petitioners in respect of Karthikeya Apartments covered by T.D.No.192 Survey No.39 Part and 39/1A Part of Dondaparthi Village, Srinivasanagar, Visakhapatnam the same.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.V.Satish Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
