Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India<sup>l</sup> praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased pleased to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.6 in interfering in the petitioner's land in survey No. 90/2 situated at Bhimadolu village, W.G.District, by saying the land falls in survey No.78, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents not to disposes the petitioners from the land in survey No. 90/2 situated at Bhimadolu village, West Godavari District without following the due process of law in the interest of Justice.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents no. 2 to 6 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners of land in survey no. 90/2 situated at Bhimadolu village, W.G. District by saying the land falls in survey No. 78 till pending disposal of writ petition in the interest of justice, pending disposal of WP 21530 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sreenivasa Rao Ravulapati Advocate for the Petitioner and of GP for Revenue for the Respondents, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

As per the orders passed by composite High Court in WP No.29289, dated 17.08.2018, there shall be an interim direction not to dispossess the petitioners from their subject land.
