		Heard learned counsel<br>for<br>the petitioner<br>and learned
		Government Pleader for Irrigation and learned Assistant
		Government Pleader for Finance.
		Since no counter is filed as directed by the order dated
		07.10.2021 and since all the concerned respondents did not
		implement or abide by the directions of the above order,
		there shall be interim direction to the effect that the 3rd
		respondent shall pay Rs.23,81,163/- to the petitioner for the
		subject work within a period of four weeks from this day. In
		default, the respondents shall pay interest at 9% p.a. on the
		above<br>amount,<br>till<br>entire<br>amount<br>is<br>realized<br>by<br>the
		petitioner.
