The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the trans. civil misc. Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier orders of the High Court order dated 06.09.2021, 05-10-2021, 09-11-2021 & 07-12-2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Kanukolanu Sri Sai Sanjay, Advocate for the Petitioner, and Sri G. Rama Gopal, Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

Learned counsel for the respondent seeks further time to file counter.

Post on 25-01-2022.

Till then, interim order granted earlier is extended.
