WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri S Krishna Reddy presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.59/200/(B), dated 05-02-2020 passed by the 4th respondent observing that the petitioners have no land of Ac.7.37 cents in Survey No.304-1 and 302 of Kadiginahally revenue village in Parigi Mandal of Ananthapuram District by giving a direction to the respondent No.5 for taking precautionary measures on the ground of law and order problem against the petitioners, as illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary and without any authority and consequently to set aside the said proceedings and direction.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S Krishna Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners, GP for Revenue for Respondent No.1 to 4 & 7, GP for Home for _ Respondent No.5 & 6 directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted. You viz:
