Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affl-davl't filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to I'SSue a Writ or order or direction more particularly writ of Certiorari by calling the records pertain to the Lok-Adalat Award L.A.No.1706/2020 on 26.09.2020 in O.S.No.461/2020 the Court of the Hon'ble llnd Additional Junior Civil Judge at Vijayawada which is passed behind back of the Petitioner detrimental to his rights and interests by playing fraud to declare as beyond the power and jurisdiction, as illegal, arbitrary and non est I'n the eye of the law, violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the Lok-Adalat Award L.A.No.1706/2020 on 26.09.2020 in O.S.No.461/202O in the Court of the Hon'ble llnd Additional Junior Cl-viI Judge at Vijayawada and consequential proceedings.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of High Court dated 27-10-2021, 30.12.2021, 14.2.2022, 8.3.2022, 31.02.2022 , 20.4.2022, 29.06.20'22 & 14.07.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.REGULA GADDA VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner, learned GP for Law & Legl'slative Affairs for Respondent No.1, SrI'.D. BALA KRISHNAIAH, Advocate for Respondent Nos.4 to 6, Ms. Hemalatha Arella, Advocate representing Sri.Kolusu Ravikiran Kumar, Advocate for Respondent No.7, the Court made the following. I-ORDER:

{[On the last date of hearl-ng, this court had suggested mediation as a method of settling the present dispute.

Both the learned counsel have today suggested the name of sri D. KasI-m Saheb Dedekula, learned advocate in thl-s court, who is also a trained mediator, to be appointed as the medl-ator l'n the present Case.
