WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Advocate Sri Jada Sravan Kumar presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order of direction particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents for their unauthorized interference over the petitioners house site situated in Kotlur Panchayeti of Pedda Panjani md of Chittoor Dist without cancellation of proceedings no 254/INDIRAMMA PHASE-IIL/08-09-E3 dated 16.10.2008 for allotment of house site patta under the scheme of INDIRAMMA PHASE as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also Article 14,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner except in accordance with law.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Jada Sravan Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Revenue for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from her house situated in Kotlur Panchayeti of PeddaPanjani Mandal of Chittoor Dist without cancellation of proceedings no 254/INDIRAMMA PHASE-IIL/08-09-E3 dated 16.10.2008 for allotment of house site patta under the scheme of INDIRAMMA PHASE except in accordance with law and pass, pending disposal of WP No.21355 of 2020, on the file of the High Court. The Court made the following:
