		Heard learned counsel<br>for petitioner.
		The<br>submission of the learned counsel is
		that<br>M.C.No.3<br>of<br>2018<br>is<br>pending.<br>Interim
		maintenance was granted in Crl.M.P.No.59 of
		2018.<br>However, on the allegation of non payment,
		the wife and children filed Crl.M.P.No.91 of 2022
		whereunder warrant of arrest was<br>issued. It is that
		order, which is challenged in this revision. Revision
		petitioner is a police constable.
		Learned counsel for petitioner would take
		out personal notice to R1 to R3 and file proof of
		service.
		Learned counsel for petitioner is directed
		to<br>submit<br>the<br>legal<br>authority<br>as<br>to<br>the
		maintainability of<br>this revision.
