Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not taking steps for enhancement of Petitioners Age of Superannuation from 60 to 62 years, inspite of proposals sent by the 3 rd respondent society through his Letter vide Rc.No.A-15019/1/2022-GEN, dated 20.07.2022, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 31.01.2022 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in his post in the school and college of 5 respondent, till he attains age of superannuation of 62 years as per the G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 31.01.2022, by duly considering the proposals sent by the 3rd respondent dated 20.07.2022 and pass
