Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondent No.1, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondent No.2 and Sri Nooka Jagannadham, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been working in 3rd respondent institution since 30.01.1991. He would submit that the proceedings were issued vide Rc.No.HR-I/179570/2017, dated 02.07.2024 indicating the superannuation as 31.07.2024 without extending the benefit under G.O.Ms.No.15 Finance (HR.IV-FR&LR) Department, dated 31.01.2022. He would also submit that the Secretary of 3rd respondent recommended the enhancement of age of superannuation to its employees from 60 years to 62 years vide Rc.No.A-15019/1/2022-GEN, dated 20.07.2022. He has drawn the attention of the Court to the interim order passed by the Coordinate Bench in W.P.No.12651 of 2023.

Learned Standing Counsel seeks time to file counter-affidavit.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be an interim order directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service and continue the petitioner until further orders awaiting the final decision by the Government or until completion of 62 years of age, whichever is earlier. The respondents shall pay salary to the petitioner.

List the matter along with W.P.No.13967 of 2024.
