Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents herein not releasing the bill amounts worth of rupees 32,60,248/-with interest under MGNREGS and Z.P.funds to the petitioner till today after completion of Execution of works of laying the internal CC Roads, in the area Respondent No.8 grampanchyats and causing heavy loss with interest even though total works were completed with in time as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14,16,21 of Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents to release and pay the amounts of worth of rupees 32,60,248/-viith interest under MGNREGS and Z.P.funds forthwith to the petitioner;

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to release and pay the amounts of worth of rupees 32,60,248/- with interest under MGNREGS and Z.P.funds forthwith to the petitioner, pending disposal of the Writ Petition No.19170 of 2021, on the file of the High Court. $\sim$

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.Bokka Satyanarayana, Advocate for the Petitioner, learned GP for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development for the Respondent Nos.1 to 5, learned GP for Finance for the Respondent No.6, Sri N Harinath, Assistant Solicitor General for Respondent No.7 and Sri.I.Koti Reddy, Standing Counsel for Respondent No.8 & 9, the Court made the following

ORDER:

In a similar circumstance, this Court by an order dated 23.08.2021 in W.P.No.16460 of 2021 had given an interim direction to the respondents to clear the bills submitted by the petitioner for the works executed by him under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme/Contract Works and make payment to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of order.

Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the respondents to clear the bills submitted by the petitioner for the works executed by him under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme/Contract Works and make payment to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. $\checkmark$
