WHEREAS the Petitioners have presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through their counsel M/s CH.N.Mehar Baba, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders in W.P.No.40103 of 2023, dated 13.12.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s CH.N.Mehar Baba, Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issuance of Notice to the respondents, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
