Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus setting aside the impugned orders issued by the $2<sup>nd</sup>$ Respondent vide proceedings No.709/A2/2022-1 dated. 30-06-2022 insofar as the petitioner and 4<sup>th</sup> Respondent is concerned and also Memo of the 3<sup>rd</sup> Respondent in Memo No.733/A/2022 dated. 01.07.2022 forcefully and unilaterally relieving the petitioner as illegal, vindictive, arbitrary, violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India. apart from the parameters prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
