Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus setting aside the impugned orders issued by the $2^{nd}$ Respondent vide proceedings No.709/A2/2022-1 dated. 30-06-2022 insofar as the petitioner and 4<sup>th</sup> Respondent is concerned and also Memo of the 3<sup>rd</sup> Respondent in Memo No.733/A/2022 dated. 01.07.2022 forcefully and unilaterally relieving the petitioner as illegal, vindictive, arbitrary, violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India. apart from the parameters prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to $2<sup>nd</sup>$ suspend impugned proceedings of the Respondent proceedings Proc.No.709/A2/2022-1 dated. 30-06-2022 and Memo of the 3<sup>rd</sup> Respondent in Memo No.733/A/2022 dated. 01-07-2022, pending disposal of WP No.19035 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 06.07.2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C Srinivasa Baba Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Fisheries for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, the Court made the following
