WHEREAS the Applicant above named through its Advocate Sri K B Ramanna Dora presented this Application filed under Section 11 (5) and (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, praying that in the circumstances stated in the -affidavit filed in support of the application, the High Court may be pleased to appoint Sole Arbitrator preferably a Retired High-Court Judge for adjudicating the disputes and the counter disputes arising out of and in relation to the Contract Agreement No. 05/APDRP/R&B/E.G/2016-17 dated.24.03.2017.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K B Ramanna Dora Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this ARBITRATION APPLICATION should not be admitted.
