Respondents
WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri.Y.Soma Raju presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pass an order or orders, direction or directions, writ or writ of Mandamus and to declaring the in action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 not Considering the Petitioner Complaint, dt.18-08-2021 and Not Conduct Proper Investigation against the petitioner Complaint and not taking any action against the Respondent No.7 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law, violation of principles of natural justice, Violation of Articles 14 19 (g) guaranteed by the Constitution of India and Consequently Direct to the Respondent No.2 to 4 take action against the Respondent No.7 and Provide Protection to the Petitioner;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.Y.Soma Raju Advocate for the Petitioner and of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for Respondent Nos.1 to 6, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.7 herein returnable in three (03) weeks to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

are directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an Advocate, as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted on or before 18.09.2021, on which date the case stands posted for hearing.
