WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Advocate Sri KOCHIRI RAJA SHEKAR presented this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the Hl-gh Court may be pleased to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not completing the survey and fixing the boundaries in pursuance of the notice dated 5.12.2022 in respect Of the land admeasuring 98 sq.yards of house site bearing plot No.5A in R.S.No.60/3B, Indira Naik Nagar, Vijayawada Village (Vijayawada Cl'ty) as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the A. P. Survey and Boundaries Act and jn violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to complete the survey and fix boundarl'es of the petitioner's above mentioned land within a time bound programme .

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusl-ng the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon cahearl'ng the arguments of sri KOCHIRI RAJA SHEKAR Advocate for the Petitioner and of , GP FOR REVENUE for Respondent Mos. 1 to 4 directed issue of notice to the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
