WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through their Advocate SRI KALEEMULLA SYED presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, or a direction, or a writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in not fixing the seniority of the service of the petitioners from the date of completion of appointment of candidates selected in notification dated.25.01.2012 in terms of the rule 33 of A.P Subordinate Service rule 1996 and the Honourable A.P High Court Order in P. Muralidhar and Ors. vs Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission decided on 27.12.2004 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional,
